Vinification: maceration for 2 hours, the first alcoholic fermentation was cold for up to 20 days in stainless steel, and the second for 7 days in American oak
Aging: 8 months in used American oak barrels
PINOT NOIR 2020
Grape variety: Pinot Noir
Position: 30-year-old Podvornica vineyard, Imotsko polje
Vinification: maceration and fermentation in stainless steel for 8 days, malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels
Aging: 1 year in used Slavonian oak barrels on fine lees
