We offer a modern interpretation of traditional Dalmatian flavors, drawing our inspiration from the rich gastronomic heritage of the locality we live in.
4 COURSES = 165 EUR / WINE PAIRING = 95 EUR
6 COURSES = 195 EUR / WINE PAIRING = 119 EUR
The harmony of the wonderful flavors that can be discerned in wine is the main reason why we set foot in this fantastic and complex world. We never cease to be fascinated by the fact that a glass of wine can contain such a wide range of flavors. For us, it was (and still is) like magic.
Ever since we fell in love with wine, we have found meaning in its complex flavors that change over time. Sour, sweet, salty and warm are elements of flavor whose mutual relationship is the key to the quality of a particular wine, but also of a dish.
Wine is best tasted without prejudice, without thinking much about it in advance. The most beautiful thing is when the information about the pleasure comes to you by itself, after drinking it — in the form of a desire for another sip.
Taste is also the gatekeeper of the moment that revives memories.
Next to each wine in our menu is a flavor symbol — acidity (fresh), fat (soft), warmth (warm), and saltiness (minerality), bringing you Pelegrini’s guide to wines through cold, warm, and windy days.
Images fade, the taste remains.
