invites you to see for yourself.

“Croatia’s cuisine is as rich and diverse as the country’s remarkable history. We travel from north to
south, exploring the distinct flavours of its various regions.
In Šibenik, Dalmatia, opposite the splendid Gothic-Renaissance cathedral, Pelegrini chef Rudi Štefan
creates sublime dishes from local produce. Sophisticated but unpretentious (it calls itself a tavern,
not a restaurant), it has a short menu that changes with the seasons. Open for lunch and dinner.
Awarded a Michelin star in 2018.”
